How to choose outdoor advertising led display screens?
Following information is necessary for helping you get a most suitable solution and accurate quotation.Where are you going to mount this outdoor advertising le display? What’s the dimension of the led display? Fixed installation for outdoor led billboards or rental led display for leasing use? How far is the led display from the target viewer? What’s the installation location of the led display, pillar, wall, rooftop, or anywhere else? How far is the led display from control room? Any special requirements?
Basic Knowledge of LED Display Led display is composed of led cabinet, led cabinet is composed of led module.Normal screen is mainly composed of led screen body and control system. LED screen body includes led cabinet, led module, power supply, HUB card, PCB board, cables etc. Control system=Sending card+Receiving card, usually we use colorlight control system.The control system is synchronous with the computer,led display itself is a monitor, just like our computer monitor, it can show everything that a computer can show. Generally speaking, 1 piece sending card for one screen, the sending card will be placed in the mainframe PCI slot. Because the load capacity of the sending card is limited, if the screen is super big, we have to use sending box instead, sending box can control more dots. Same principle, 1 receiving card for one cabinet, the load capacity of the receiving card is limited, if over the capacity of 1 receiving card, we have to use extra receiving cards.
As for control computer, you’d better use higher configuration computer with discrete graphics.
Control Distance( The distance between control room and screen)
1) Normal screen,the computer connect to the screen through RJ45 network cable.Because the valid transmission distance of RJ45 is 100m, so the control room should be controlled within 100m.
2) If over 100m and less than 1000m, we suggst you to use fibre,you can use our fibre transceiver,
it can convert RJ45 signal to fibre signal.The fibre transceiver has two devices, A and B, A connects to computer through RJ45, B connects to screen through RJ45.Between A and B is fibre.
3) If over 1000m, we suggest you to use IPC, IPC itself is a mini computer. As we all know, we can use one computer to control another computer through IP address.
We place the IPC into the screen, use IPC to control the screen, make sure the IPC connect to network.We use another computer to control this computer and then achieve the purpose of control the screen.
4) If small led display is just for fixed advertising, you can use asynchronous control system, it includes sending card and receiving card.
You can set the control system by computer and then plug a flash in the interface of sending card, then the program in flash will play automatically.
