1. Outdoor LED Display installation precautions
(1) Installation of lightning protection devices on led display and building
The led display main body and the outer casing should be well grounded, and the grounding resistance should be less than 3Ω, which can increase the current discharge.

(2) Waterproof measures for LED display itself
The led screen body and the combination of the screen body and the building must be waterproof and leakproof. Since the led display screen is often installed outdoors in the sun and rain, the working environment is harsh, so it is necessary to strictly waterproof and moisture-proof. So as not to cause a short circuit, fire, etc.

(3) Circuit chip selection
Industrial-grade integrated circuit chips with an operating temperature between -40 ° C and 80 ° C are selected to prevent low temperature lead to the led display can not start.

(4) Install ventilation equipment to cool down, keep the internal temperature of the led screen is not too high
Since the led display screen generates a certain amount of heat during operation, if the ambient temperature is too high and the heat dissipation is poor, the integrated circuit may not work properly or even be burned. Therefore, it is necessary to install axial fan on the upper part of the back of the screen to discharge heat in time.

(5) Super high brightness LED must be selected
In order to increase the contrast, the audience width, and prevent excessive changes in the ambient light, it is necessary to use ultra-high brightness LED to ensure long-distance visibility under strong ambient light conditions.

2. Precautions for operating the led display
(1) Switch sequence
When opening the screen: first turn on computer, then turn on the screen; when the screen is off: first turn off the screen, then turn off computer (if you turn off the computer first instead of the led display, it is likely to cause the display to appear High bright spot, the LED light was burned down);

(2) The switch led screen should not be too frequent, with an interval of at least 5 minutes;

(3) The led display can be powered on after entering the engineering control software;

(4) Avoid opening the screen in the case of white screen or out of control, because the system has the largest impact current at this time, and it is easy to cause a short circuit;

(5) When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation is not good, LED lighting should be careful not to open the screen for a long time;

(6) When a part of the electronic display body appears to be very bright, it is necessary to pay attention to closing the screen in time, and it is not suitable to open the screen for a long time in this state;

(7) If the power of the display often trips, it is necessary to check the screen or replace the power switch in time;

(8) Regularly check the firmness of the joints. If there is looseness, pay attention to timely adjustment and re-reinforcement;

(9) According to the environment of the large screen display screen and the control part, place the Insect and rat control medicine;

(10) Large area power supply can be added to the power section controller.
